Privacy Policy
How Manovae intends to handle your information.
Draft prepared: 2 November 2026
Draft — pending legal review
1. What this website collects today
At this early stage, the Manovae website does not ask you to create an account, fill in forms, or share personal or health information.
If you choose a language, that preference is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
2. Our principles
- We will collect only the information needed to provide the service.
- We will explain clearly what we collect, why, and for how long.
- We will not sell your personal information.
- Information about your mental health is sensitive. We will treat it with particular care and will not collect it without your explicit consent.
3. When we add new features
Before we introduce features that involve personal information — such as accounts or appointment requests — we will update this policy to describe exactly what is collected and how it is protected, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Third-party links and services
This site may link to external services such as government helplines. Their own privacy practices apply when you use them.
5. Contact
A contact address for privacy questions will be published on our About page.
